Welcome to the St. Clair County Medical Society (SCCMS). For over 140 years the SCCMS has worked to maintain quality medical care in St. Clair County.
PATIENT INFORMATION: If you are a patient who needs a physician recommendation the phone number for the SCCMS physician recommendation line is 618.397. 8390. Office hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. or visit the membership directory, to choose a quality physician in primary or specialty care.
PHYSICAN INFORMATION: The St. Clair County Medical Society welcomes any comments or suggestions that you may have. We value your membership and look forward to providing you with valuable membership benefits. Please send any suggestions to the listed contact information.
Articles from our members and readers are welcome and will be published as space permits, in the combined SCCMS and MCMS monthly bulletin. Articles will be subject to editing and abridgment. Articles should be submitted typewritten and before the tenth of each month, prior to the publication month.
Our members remain united in the struggle for meaningful reform to the local litigation crisis to maintain access to local, quality healthcare. An important area is the Litigation Crisis Section.
